What the service is
LevelSATX Foundation Network is a free referral and matching service for homeowners. We are not a foundation contractor, engineer or inspector, and we do not perform inspections, repairs or construction. When you submit a request, we may share it with one vetted, independent network partner that serves your area. That company is separately owned and is solely responsible for its inspection, quote, contract, work, warranty and pricing. Network partners pay us for referrals; you pay nothing to us. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, respond within a set time, offer a particular price or method, or achieve any result. Any agreement you make is between you and the contractor. Review written quotes carefully, ask questions, and consider a second opinion or an independent structural engineer before you sign.
Educational content
Our guides and calculators are for general education. Cost figures are cited from named sources, are usually national rather than San Antonio quotes, and can change. They are not a quote, an engineering opinion or legal advice. Only an on-site inspection can tell you what your home needs.
