This page explains what information LevelSATX Foundation Network (operated by Geek Powered Studios) collects, why, and who it is shared with. Plain-English summary: we collect what you type into our form, we use it to match you with one contractor, and we don't sell your information to data brokers.
Information we collect
- What you submit: name, phone number, email, ZIP code or address, property details (foundation type, symptoms, timing) and any notes you add.
- Your consent record: the consent text version you agreed to and when you submitted, so we can show what you approved.
- Technical data: basic logs our hosting provider (Cloudflare) needs to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
- Calls: if call tracking is enabled, calls to numbers on the site may be logged or recorded by our call-tracking provider. We will disclose this where the number appears.
How we use it
We use your request to review it, match you with one vetted, independent network partner that serves your area, and send that company your details so it can contact you about an inspection. We also use it to follow up on whether the match worked, to answer your questions, to prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your request with the one contractor we match you with, as described in the consent text on the form. That contractor is a separate business with its own privacy practices. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery and call tracking. We don't sell your personal information to data brokers, and we don't publish customer stories or reviews without permission.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop sharing your request, or ask us to delete it. Email hello [at] levelsatx.com with the name and ZIP code you used.
Security and retention
Requests are stored in access-controlled systems. We keep them only as long as needed to run the matching service and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete them. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't submit sensitive information such as financial account numbers.
Children
This site is meant for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
